June 2026 — Big update¶

A wave of new features to make QBTime Manager your daily home for managing QuickBooks Time — so you rarely need to open QuickBooks Time itself.

Drag to reschedule — grab a shift in the week grid and drop it on another day to move it. No re-typing times.
Bulk actions with Undo — select several users or shifts and archive, re-activate, or deactivate them at once. Changed your mind? An Undo button appears for a few seconds.

Download as PDF — save any attendance report as a PDF straight from the preview.
Combined company email — if you run two companies with the same recipients, get one digest email instead of two.
Saved views — name a report setup once and re-run it in a single click.
Missing-punch alerts — the system now flags people still on the clock long past their shift (forgot to clock out).
A full report catalog (27 types) — beyond attendance, you can now run and schedule Payroll summary, Weekly timesheet, Detailed timesheet, Wage, Hours by employee / jobcode / group, Overtime, Job costing, PTO balances, Schedule vs actual, On-the-clock-now, Break compliance, Certified payroll, ACA hours, Approvals history, and an Audit log. See the new Reports Guide for what each one does. (Some reports that depend on pay rates or break data show a "being verified" note until we confirm them against your QuickBooks Time account.)

Payroll export — download a payroll-ready CSV for Gusto, ADP, Paychex, or a generic format, so you don't re-key hours.
Live ops dashboard — your home screen now shows who's on the clock right now, this week's labor cost vs. a budget you set, and a short "needs attention" list (missed breaks, odd punches, missing clock-outs).
Daily approvals reminder — if timesheets are waiting on you, you get one notification a morning so nothing slips.

Multi-level timesheet approval — send a pay period through a review chain (for example manager → admin). When the final approver signs off, the period is marked approved back in QuickBooks Time automatically.

Proactive alerts — the notification bell now warns you about no-shows, late arrivals, missing punches, and coverage gaps after each report — so issues find you, instead of you hunting for them. Turn each alert on or off in Settings.
Time Off at a glance — a new Time Off page shows your team's leave without logging into QuickBooks Time. (Approving/denying from here is coming soon.)

Reset your own password — a "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page emails you a secure reset link.
Change password anytime — from the menu, no admin needed.
Mobile-friendly menus — the navigation now works cleanly on phones and tablets.

No surprise charges — if your usage grows past your plan, the new rate applies on your next billing cycle (never mid-cycle), and you'll see a heads-up banner first.
Promo codes — enter a discount code at checkout for free or reduced-cost access.
Clear billing identity — checkout and billing screens clearly show that QBTime Manager is operated by CowboyMSP, and your card statement shows a recognizable descriptor.
